How to terminate the Service Contract?
Service Contract is terminated on the basis of the application submitted by the customer. Please inform us about your wish to do so at least 15 working days before.
After receiving the application, we will contact you in order to set a suitable time for dismantling the water meter and terminating providing of the services. Based on the reading that was fixated when dismantling the water meter we will issue a final settlement for the Service Contract.
Terminating the Contract due to the change of the owner
If the Service Contract is terminated due to the change of the owner and the new owner submits an application to continue using the services within 7 working days, then the water meter will not be dismantled nor will the water connection be closed. In that case please be sure to mark in the application the final water meter reading, based on which we will issue a final settlement for the Service Contract.
Service Contract can be terminated after the final settlement has been paid. After that, the new owner can sign a new Service Contract for the same site.
